The Sylvania 6612F / 6614F / 6615F bulbs are interchangeable with Hella DE3021 / DE3022 — both are the same physical bulb sold under different brand catalogs.

How to install (60 seconds)
- Pop off the lens cover. Use your fingernail, a credit card edge, or a small flathead. Gentle pry — lenses snap back in easily.
- Pull out the old bulb. Festoon bulbs sit between two spring contacts. Pull straight out (no twisting).
- Insert the Driveon LED. Push the LED into the spring contacts. LEDs are polarity-sensitive — if it doesn't light up, flip it 180° and re-insert.
- Test, then snap the cover back. Turn on the light to verify, then click the lens cover into place. Done — total time 60 seconds per bulb.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my car uses 28mm or 29mm festoon?
They're the same physical bulb. Industry catalogs use both names interchangeably — Hella calls them 28mm (DE3021/DE3022), Sylvania calls them 29mm (6612F/6614F/6615F). Both fit the same socket. If your existing bulb is roughly 1.10 inches long with end caps, this is the one.
What's the difference between DE3021 and 6612F?
Brand. DE3021/DE3022 are Hella/Bosch part numbers; 6612F/6614F/6615F are Sylvania part numbers. The physical bulb is the same 28-29mm festoon and they replace each other 1:1. Our Driveon LED replaces all of them.
