Individual occurrences of damage 2" or less in diameter with the exception of hail damage and punctures

Scratches under 2" in length that do not break the paint that can be buffed out during reconditioning

Individual occurrences of body, bumpers and molding damage larger than 2" in diameter that cannot be repaired for $100 or less, or any puncture

Scratches over 2" in length that break the paint

Exterior missing or broken parts (regardless of cost)

Visible sand/grinding marks, rough texture, excessive overspray or bad color match larger than 2" in diameter

All damage that reduces re-marketability or impairs vehicle appearance

Occurences with 6 or more chips, dings or scratches within the same 1 square foot area

Frame/Inner structure

All damage or poor repair of damage that affects the vehicle's structural integrity

Interior NORMAL WEAR EXCESS WEAR

Stains

Removable spots and marks that can be removed by simply rubbing it with a towel and water

Any stain that requires special care and/or excessive effort to remove. (Please remove all stains prior to turning the car in to avoid damage charges)

Burns, cuts, tears and singed areas

Wrinkles. Nicks no larger than a pencil-point.

Tears, cuts, burns or singed areas of any kind.

Tires and wheels NORMAL WEAR EXCESS WEAR

Tires

Tread depth of 4/32" or greater

Tread depth of less than 4/32" at the shallowest point. (Owner is responsible for keeping tires on vehicle he/she owns with tread depth at least 4/32")

Gouges, cuts, sidewall plugs or tires in a condition affecting passenger safety

Wheels

Scuffs or minor nicks to wheels or wheel covers

Major scuffs or major nicks to wheels or wheel covers that can be seen from 5 feet away or greater.

Glass and lenses NORMAL WEAR EXCESS WEAR

Windshield

Damage 1/4" or less in diameter

Damage greater than 1/4" in diameter or any hole

Lights, turn signals and lamps

Damage less than 1/4" in diameter

Damage greater than 1/4" in diameter or any hole

Any damage that affects the operation and effectiveness of lights, turn signals or lamps

Mechanical/Electrical maintenance NORMAL WEAR EXCESS WEAR

Mechanical/Electrical maintenance

Non-operational or malfunctioning equipment

Substandard or incomplete repair

Any replacement part that does not meet manufacturer's specifications

Vehicle system failures that results from not adhering to manufacturer's maintenance requirements

Missing and broken parts NORMAL WEAR EXCESS WEAR

Missing equipment or broken parts

Any missing equipment or broken parts (includes navigation system DVDs, DVD player headphones, DVD remote control, convertible boot, keyless entry remote, etc.)

Any replacement part that does not meet manufacturer's specifications of equal quality and design
